    Network connectivity has been stabilized. Our upstream had a configuration error on their end that was causing some traffic to be sent to the wrong place, leading to DNS resolution errors and some other region-specific traffic to be dropped.

    We've identified an issue where DNS resolution fails if client services are using 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare DNS) as a resolver. We are working on a resolution for this as quickly as possible.

    We've corrected some issues on our network infrastructure that created problems for some customers during the last test. We are currently outbound and inbound via a Tunnel from Neoprotect at this time and will be for the next hour.

    We will be testing our migration plan for our network capacity upgrade tomorrow at 6 AM. Traffic will fail over to a tunnel that we have with Neoprotect and we expect a brief interruption.
