We have identified an issue in Dallas that is being caused by excessive traffic being leaked from Cloudflare, one of Cosmic's upstream mitigation providers. This is causing TCP connection resets, sudden disconnections from servers, and monitoring drops.
We're working with them to work towards platform stability as quickly as possible.
