This behavior can result in legitimate traffic being rate-limited or dropped, which may cause intermittent connectivity issues for some customers.
To address this, customers may contact our support team to request access to the firewall management panel, where custom filters can be configured to ensure required traffic is properly allowed. For game hosting customers, our team will apply the appropriate filtering rules on your behalf upon request.
