August 04, 2025 at 4:00 AMWe will be performing scheduled maintenance at our Salt Lake City location on August 4th, 2025. This maintenance will involve the installation of a new router and access switches, which will result in a temporary, full network outage during the work period.
Additionally, some customers may be required to power down their servers as we proceed with the replacement of power distribution units (PDUs). A detailed maintenance window, including specific timing, will be communicated in the coming days.
