Impacted Service: b-slc-01-vps
We are currently investigating performance degradation issues affecting customers on the b-slc-01-vps host. Our initial findings indicate that a number of Solid State Drives (SSDs) are experiencing firmware bugs, leading to excessive IOWait times and impacting overall system performance.
We understand this is causing service degradation for our valued customers on this host. Please be assured that we are actively working to resolve this issue.
Next Steps:
Our current plan is to replace the affected SSDs with a different model to ensure long-term stability and performance. We are working to expedite this process.
